Welcome to M3Cloud Infrastructure. By accessing or using our services, dashboard, or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts & Credits
M3Cloud operates on a prepaid credit system. Users must maintain a positive balance to keep their services active. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Ensuring your wallet has sufficient credits for automated renewals.
- All activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Our infrastructure is designed for professional automation and communication. You agree not to use M3Cloud for:
- Illegal spamming or mass messaging via WhatsApp APIs.
- Unauthorized penetration testing or network attacks.
- Hosting malicious scripts or content.
- Any activity that violates the terms of third-party platforms (n8n, Meta, etc.) connected to your instances.
4. Service Uptime & Reliability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, M3Cloud is provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, instance failures, or data loss. We highly recommend maintaining independent backups of your workflows and configurations.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall M3Cloud or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question during the past 30 days.
